Kenneth Chin is a lawyer by training, a communicator by calling and a dreamer by design.
He is the Founding Director of Asian Youth Ambassadors (AYA), a not-for-profit youth organisation. He has dedicated his life since year 1995 to help inspire people of all ages – especially young people – to live their best lives.
Kenneth has also started social businesses (affectionately known as
transformational enterprises) in various industries to reach various communities – such as
football academy, medical clinic, K-12 school, café, media production company, coach training company, and a few more, including an organisation dedicated to mental health and suicide prevention.
Sandra Chin is a certified coach, inspirational trainer, and co-founder of Asian Youth Ambassadors (AYA), where she has led youth development work since 1996. With a background in corporate administration, English language teaching, and executive coaching (LFCCC), she is widely sought after by youth groups, schools, and universities across Malaysia — speaking on topics from relationships and self-image to career guidance. Her passion is to see the emerging generation step confidently into their destiny.
Rosalind Tay heads Mordecai’s training arm with over 16 years of corporate and entrepreneurial experience. A Melaka native who thrives in dynamic environments, she holds a Bachelor of Accounting from Universiti Sains Malaysia and an MBA from the University of Edinburgh, and began her career at Ernst & Young before spending eleven years at Khazanah Nasional Berhad. A certified LifeForming Leadership Coach (U.S.), credentialed Our Community Listens facilitator (Barry-Wehmiller University, U.S.), and HRDF-certified trainer, Rosalind has delivered coaching, leadership, and communication training across corporate and community settings since 2018. She also volunteers with NGOs and social enterprises, driven by a passion to see people live fulfilling lives — personally and professionally.
Kien Yiak’s journey began in accounting and took him through seven rewarding years in the banking industry. But his passion for continuous growth — and his conviction that everyone carries untapped potential — led him to pursue an M.B.A. and step into entrepreneurship.Today, as a Certified Extended DISC® Trainer, Kien Yiak works with educators, NGO leaders, and corporate teams across Malaysia and Indonesia. Participants often describe him as down-to-earth, engaging, and gifted at making complex ideas come alive through relatable, real-world stories.
