The Mordecai Mission

Mordecai was founded on a simple but profound belief: effective leadership is the master key to solving the challenges facing companies, communities, and countries.

We saw a gap in traditional leadership training—too much theory, and not enough experiential, deep-impact learning that translates into real-world results. We didn’t just want to teach management; we wanted to cultivate leaders who lead with integrity, vision, and purpose.

He is the founder of Asian Youth Ambassadors (AYA) and has started numerous transformational enterprises, from medical clinics to a football academy.

Sandra Chin

Co-Founder & Executive Coach

A certified coach and inspirational trainer, Sandra has led youth development work since 1996. With a background in corporate administration and executive coaching (LFCCC), she is widely sought after by schools and universities across Malaysia for her insights on relationships, self-image, and career guidance.

Rosalind Tay

Head of Training

With over 16 years of corporate experience, including eleven years at Khazanah Nasional Berhad, Rosalind heads Mordecai’s training arm. She is a certified LifeForming Leadership Coach (U.S.) and HRDF-certified trainer who thrives in dynamic environments, delivering high-impact coaching across corporate settings.

Kien Yiak

Certified Extended DISC® Trainer

Kien Yiak’s journey began in accounting and the banking industry before his passion for continuous growth led him to an MBA and entrepreneurship.
