Sandra is trained as a company secretary from the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators(ICSA) in 1990 and holds a certification in teaching English as a foreign language to adults (CTEFLA) from the Board of Cambridge University and Royal Society of Arts. She has four years of work experience with a Malaysian public listed company and also taught English for two years at an English language center.
She is the co-founder of Asian Youth Ambassadors (AYA), an NGO, youth development organisation, and is the Executive Director and Company Secretary for the organisation. She has been in AYA since 1996. Sandra oversees the operations of AYA together with a management team.
She was involved in the training of the Sekolah Kebangsaan Counselors under Lembaga Penduduk dan Pembangunan Keluarga Negara(LPPKN) on youth relationships and sex education training program for schools by Focus on the Family, Malaysia.
She was involved in training Business English for Western digital, Time Telecom and Sime Darby’s servicing staff.
She has completed “The LifeForming Credentialed Coaching Certification” (LFCCC), with recognized training hours from the International Coaching Federation.
She is recognized by many as an inspirational trainer and is much sought after by youth groups, schools and colleges/universities, specialising in the area of boy – girl relationships, gender health, development of positive self-image and career guidance. Her passion is for the emerging generation to see them achieving their goals and living out their destiny with confidence and a positive attitude
