Rosalind hails from Melaka, and having lived most of her life constantly on the move, she is highly versatile and thrives in constantly changing environments.
With more than 16 years of corporate and entrepreneur experience, Rosalind holds a Bachelor of Accounting from University Science of Malaysia and a Master in Business Administration from the University of Edinburgh. She began her career with Ernst & Young, Kuala Lumpur and continued to gain invaluable finance experience in Khazanah Nasional Berhad for eleven years.
She is a certified coach with LifeForming Leadership Coaching, U.S., and is also a credentialed facilitator for Our Community Listens-Barry-Wehmiller-University, U.S. She is also a HRDF certified Trainer.
She currently heads Mordecai’s training arm with the desire to bring transformation and change to the corporate culture and community landscape with truly human leadership principles.
Since 2018, she has conducted various coaching, leadership and communication skills training. She volunteers her time with various NGOs and social businesses to positively impact the local communities through team-building activities, coaching and training events.
Rosalind is a champion for personal development and continuous life-long education through training, coaching and experiential learning. Her passion is to see people live fulfilling lives both personally and professionally.
